A Bard Days Knight

So I have a new short story coming out (possibly later this month) in a fantastic anthology titled "A Bard Days Knight" (cover above). I am so excited for this anthology, it is always so fun to have a story in a book that has stories in it also written by your friends! This anthology has stories in it by Michael Ventrella, Tera Fulbright, and KT Pinto, to just name a few others.
My story "The Twisted Forest" is in this story. It is a high fantasy story following the adventure of an elf and her wards, as they travel through a forest that has been mangled by darkness from the past wars of the land.
Once the anthology is out I will post a link to it!

Shut Up and Eat! The Unofficial Doctor Who Series Ate Cookbook is a journey through Series 8 of Doctor Who for fans who love to cook! Enjoy recipes inspired by each episode from Series 8 and create your own meals for Doctor Who viewing parties!

This cookbook has been a project of Angela Pritchett's since Sept. 2014 (when she decided to start on the book.) Luckily she knows awesome people, that being her friend Kara, who put Angela in touch with Ginger! A fantastic artist whose work can be found here.  Kara is also doing some artwork for the book since her fun art style is just what Angela wanted for an image for the back of the book!

This fantastic cookbook is slated to be released in April of 2015 and will be premiered at RavenCon in Richmond, Va.(April 24-26th)
However Angela will be handing out a recipe card at (Re)Generation Who! A Doctor Who convention in Hunt Valley Maryland on March 27-29th (where you may have gotten this recipe card, if you followed the link on it!)

Thanks for your interest in "Shut Up and Eat! The Unofficial Doctor Who Series Ate Cookbook" Once the book is up you will be able to find it on Anegla's Amazon author page, or purchase it from her at a convention she is attending!

You'd Better Watch Out! Anthology

So after lots of sending off my short stories to anthologies (and after four rejection letters to some of those stories) I was lucky enough to have one of my stories accepted to a anthology to be published! The short Christmas Horror themed story "The Gnome Before Christmas" was released int he anthology "You'd Better Watch Out!"
It is available in print and as a e-book for kindle. The e-book is 2.99 and the print version is 14.99. I will also have print versions with me at the conventions I will be attending as well!

I am so excited and happy about this! I have read through half of the anthology so far, and each story is unique and of course terrifying!
Of course I am super excited since it is my first published story, however I think will be this excited for any of my stories that get published. Each is a new world I am sharing with people, and that to me is very exciting! It feels good to have a story released after sending out so many and so many long months of waiting to hear back on if they will be published (and still waiting to hear one some).

If you get a chance to pick up the anthology and read it, PLEASE let me know what you think, either by leaving a comment here, contacting me, or leaving a amazon review of the book!
