[Koren Beauty] April's BB Box

This post is a little late since I have been out of town for the past two months and am playing catch up with all my mail and beauty products! April was the first month I have ever gotten a BB bag from Beautique, and I was so happy I got this one! First off one of the products has a Pug on it (and we all know how much I love Pugs) second I love Korean beauty products, so to get a bag with five full sized products for not an incredibly large price tag ($24.99) it was awesome! This months theme was "Big City Beauty"

First we will start off with the bag. It is spacious and has a zipper top. I am not super in love with the pink shiny look of it, but it is very well made.

The Saem Saemmul Easy Eyeliner ($9.99). This is a basic black eyeliner. You turn the top to make the eyeliner come out and apply it. Pretty straight forward since it is an eyeliner. Black in color and went on smooth!

Dr. Morita Moisturizing Essence Eye Mask ($9.00). These are small eye mask pads that go on under your eyes to help moisturize that area of your face. These are amazing and I love under eye masks so much.  You keep them on for 10-15 minutes (I sometimes keep them on longer depending on how much product is on them) and then massage the rest of the leftover product into your skin once you remove them.

Toyoepin 2 in 1 Permanent Crazy Mini Natural False Lash ($7.99). I rarely wear false lashes, I have pretty long natural lashes so wearing them seems silly for regular day wear. I haven't gotten a chance to try these out yet since the only time I do wear lashes is in costume (they will most likely be tried out this weekend at Animazement)

Seatree Art Moisture Mist ($10.99) I love moisture mists. They are great if the air is really dry (like on planes) or if your skin is just naturally dry, it helps give you that extra spritz of moisture when you need it during the day. This stuff is great and I love the packaging. It has vitamin C in it and you can spritz it over your makeup.

Baviphat Urban Dollkiss Mango Magic Brightening Mask ($21.00) I was so excited when I saw that this mask was an option that you could get in this months bag (the other being the Peach peeling gel) I would have been thrilled with either of these since I love Urban Dollkiss' products! This is a mask you put on, leave on for a few minutes (it says 2-3 I normally keep it on for maybe 5) and then wash off and dry skin. These masks are always so relaxing and make your skin feel so soft (and smell good!)

Somoon Dog Nose Pore 3 Step Pack ($5.99) This was the one product I was so excited about when I opened up my BB Bag this month. It has a Pug on it, and we all know I am a sucker for products that put Pugs on their packaging. This is a three way nose pore strip, you apply the first one for 10-15 min, then the second for the same amount of time, and then the third for 15-20 min to help with moisturizing your nose after the first two help remove black heads and sebum. I love pore strips, they really help me since I have huge pores and an issue with black heads.... (And come on there is a Pug on the packaging!)

I LOVE the BB Bag, I think this is my favorite so far out of any beauty bags that I have done. I am hoping my funds stay up so I can continue to get it for a few months!

[Loot Crate] March Vs. Loot Pets

I have been doing Loot Pets since it started. I love having something fun for my sweet Puggy every month! And Jimmy loves toys and treats so it is a win, win deal! This months was a lot of fun too! The theme was Vs. and had a lot of cute items from upcoming movies and past tv shows and movies that went along with the theme.

The Shirt!

This months shirt was a Star Trek "Mirror Universe" theme. With Spock on it.

Jimmy is always happy to wear geeky shirts!

And thinks he would look awesome with a goatee! Ya know "Evil Jimmy!"

As always the shirt is awesome and well made! Jimmy is really funny in that he loves wearing clothing and will run around in it for hours, so being something he is comfy in is great!

A Batman Toy!

Going along with the VS. theme and Batman vs. Superman being the big movie at the moment, There was a BvS dog toy in this months box! Jimmy loves these type of toys, and I hope this one holds up to the extreme type of play Jimmy does!

 Captain America Disposable Water Bowl

This is the only item in this months box I am not so sure about. I don't like using too many disposable items with my dog if I do not have too. I almost with this had been a reusable water bow,l instead. But it will be put in his bag and used one day when he needs some water.

Treats! "Ruff 'em Ups! Fruity Protein Puff for Pups!

Jimmy loves all the treats that Loot Pets sends! I am sure he is going to do a little dance and his tricks for these too! The artwork, as always on the bags, is fantastic! Love that these are made in the US as well!

More treats! Turduck'nstein Menacing Meat Treats for Dogs!

More treats! I will say I am having a hard time getting through all the treats we have been sent in the last two months, but Jimmy does love them, so that's what counts! Also more cute bag art!

The Charm!

This months charm is super cute Alien Vs. Predator charm! Love it and it will be a great addition to his collar!

Overall I am still loving the Loot Pets Box! Next months theme is Quest and I am soooooooo excited for that one! I look forward to the Pet crate way more than the human crate and I know Jimmy loves getting new toys and treats each month! Want to check out Loot Pets? Go here for more info!

[Kickstarter] Norfolk Merpugs by Shlii

So I am way behind on writing about some of the fun Kickstarters I helped fund. I got this one back in November, if that says anything! I love Pugs (If you couldn't tell.) So when I found out about Shlii's Merpug plushy kickstarter, I had to donate and get one! I love Pug stuffed animals and this one was also a mermaid, which are also pretty awesome.

I donated $25.00 to this one, which got me the Mer Pug plush, a sticker, and a computer wallpaper. The quality of the plush is fantastic and it is so soft and squishy! Also being from Virginia, I thought the concept of taking the Norfolk Mermaid and making it into cute dogs was a really fun idea!

Even my grumpy Siamese kitty thought so!

I was able to pick my stuff up at NekoCon once Shlii found out I donated and had stuff in it, since it saved her on having to ship it to me, which I was thrilled since I really wanted this little guy!

And now he has a wonderful home next to all my other Pug plushies (which truthfully are not that many.) I would definately check out all the awesome stuff that Shlii does, her Facebook page is here, and it has links to her other sites that she has.

You can check out the link to see how well her Kickstarter did here

[Loot Pets] February Loot Pets Box

February's Loot Pets makes the third box that has come out! Jimmy has been loving these boxes and so have I! Each month I get a bunch of cute geeky stuff for my Puggy, who loves to run around in shirts and play with toys (he also LOVES those treats!) SO Loot Pets has been amazing for us! I think I looks forward to this box more than I do for the human crate!

And Jimmy knows this box is for him, he gets on the couch and waits for me to open it up so he can see all the new stuff he is getting! February's theme was "Dead" and has a lot of fun items in it!

The first Item in the box is the dog collar accessory! This one is cute, it is a zombie box, and fits the theme perfectly! (all of them have gone really well with the themes.) This one is also the same as the human boxes pin.

The magazine, this has a super cute cover, it tells you what is in the box, and has photos of some of the pets who have gotten their boxes! (Hopefully they will pick a photo of Jimmy at some point!)

The toy in this months crate is a Walking Dead squeak toy with a rope on the bottom! Jimmy really likes this toy, He LOVES squeak toys and I was super excited it was Walking Dead, because everyone in the house loves that show!

This months crate came with two different types of treats, the first one are the "Zom-Bone Survival Treats" Jimmy was super interested in the treats, he stuck his head in the box and wanted them right away, He loved these treats when I gave him one and wanted more! Also the packaging for all the Loot Pet treats is always so cute!

The next treats were the "Night of the Living Chimichangas" I love the Walking Dead inspired art for the front of this one! Jimmy also loved these (he is pretty easy to please with treats) I also love that the treats are made in the USA!

The last item is the shirt, Jimmy looks so cute in this shirt, and it has to be my favorite out of the three he has gotten so far. Plus he love tacos (well anything really)  so he will definitely have fun running around in this shirt! I got Jimmy a large shirt, the neck is a little big, but the shirt fits him well!

Overall a good month for the Loot Pets! Jimmy loved all the stuff in his crate and is having a blast with it! He is super excited for next months!!

Loot Pets is $24.99 a month, you can find out about it here

And for anyone wondering what I did with the BattleStar Galactica flying disk that Jimmy ravaged from the last box I made it into a coaster! I didn't have to throw the awesomeness away! I just re-purposed it!

[Loot Pets] Loot Pets January Crate - Invasion

January's Loot Pets is out! The second box in the super fun pet crate has lots of awesome stuff in it. One item this month made Jimmy a little sad, but all together still a fun crate of geeky pet goods for my favorite little Pug! This months crate came with a super cute lease, pet tag, shirt, treats and a flying disk!

We will start with the treats this month! Sweet Potato Crisps! Jimmy was SUPER excited for these, I opened the box and he went right for them! I had to break them up because they were huge but he gobbled the one I gave him up and wanted more! Also I freaking love the artwork on these bags!

Loot Pet treats? YES!

Jimmy has loved these treats! I also like that they are made in the U.S.
\

The shirt this month has an X-Files theme (same as the Human Loot Crate shirt.) Jimmy is wearing a Large and it fits him well, this one also washed up great since he wore it outside and it needed to be washed after him getting it wet because of rain.

Jimmy wants to believe!

The one item that made me a little sad was the Battle Star Galactica flying disk. Jimmy LOVES flying disks, his favorite type of toys to play with, he was brutal on this one, it took about 10 minutes for him to do this. He was so sad when I took it away from him. I did cut out the logo and made it a coaster for my side table so it didn't go to waist.

But I want to PLAY! Give it back Mom!!!

My favorite item from this months Pet Crate! The Space Invaders 6 foot leash! I was excited for a cute leash to go along with the cute collar from last month! This has great colors and is very well made! I love all the little space invaders that are on it!

The new collar tag! A little bone shape space ship! This went on his collar with the other tag (that is right above it in the photo!)

And this months Loot Pet Magazine. I love love love the doggy Mulder and Scully on the cover of this! It has info about all the items in it and some photos of pups from last month as well as some of the dogs of the staff at Loot Crate!
Even with the flying disk flub (which I still made into something useable), I am still very happy with Loot Pet and am excited for February's Crate with the theme of  "Dead". I am excited to see what cute stuff they have in store for my cute little Puggy! Loot crate costs 24.99 a month (19.99 plus shipping)

Check out Jimmy's and my un-boxing video!!

[Loot Pets] Loot Pets December Crate - Galaxy

A few months ago Loot Crate announced they would start a pet crate! As someone with a geeky pup, I was super thrilled about this and signed up right away! Decembers theme was Galaxy, which had the same theme as the human Loot Crate!

Jimmy doesnt look super excited but he was really excited for all his new geeky puppy stuff! So much so he hardly wanted to stand still!!

As with all the Loot Crates, it has its own magazine! This one has my favorite dog breed on it, a Pug!! (Jimmy may end up dressing up like this at some point!)

The first box came with a cute charm for Jimmy's leash! Since this is the first box it even says founding pet!

And a super cute Weyland-Yutani Corporations collar for his dog charm to go on! How cool it is that this is based off of the company from Alien!  I got Jimmy a size medium (the box gives you an option for shirt size and then collar size, since not all dogs are the same!)

This bowl is super cute!!! It has a no skid bottom which is good since Jimmy will scoot bowls across the floor (when he will eat out of one, that is.) If it heavy ceramic, sturdy and wonderfully made!

Loot Pets Galactic Snaps. Dog treats made in the U.S. and Jimmy was SUPER interested in these. He gobbled the first one up really quick and wanted more. He loves these things! (and the packaging is super cute too!)

The shirt! (that matches the one I got in my loot crate!) Jimmy is so silly and will run around in outfits all the time! He ran around in this shirt for most of the day! This is a large and fit him well (the neck was a little big, but that is the case with most shirts for him.) This also washed up great and didn't shrink when we put it back on him.

Overall I was very happy with the first Loot Pets box! Jimmy loved it and we have used all the items in the box! The collar and shirt fit great! and I am so excited to see what future boxes have in them! Loot Pets costs 24.99 a month (that price includes shipping)
